Is your business interested in vendor space at the 2018 Mississippi Valley Calling Classic? Below is information regarding the event and how to contact us for a space. Thanks for your interest and we hope you can join us for the Calling Classic in 2018!

Vendor Space Specs:

  • 8' area
  • Table and chairs provided
  • If you require electrical hook-up, please bring cords and we will try to get your space close to a power outlet.

Day of the Event:

  • Set up time: 7 am on Saturday morning. You may view your vendor area Friday evening.
  • Please remember that any items set up on Friday evening are your responsibility, we cannot assure the security of any items left in the convention center.
  • No firearms are permitted on the property without owners clearance.
  • No gasoline is permitted in any vehicle or motor inside the building.

Cost/Payment:

  • 1 space is $150
  • Payment is required the morning of the event.
  • We accept Cash, Checks (made payable to Mississippi Valley Callers Association), Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover cards.
